This work package ensures overall project coordination, monitoring of professional and financial progress, and implementation of communication and visibility activities. It includes the operation of the project website, social media platforms, and compliance with information and publicity requirements.

This WP covers the identification, selection, and digitisation of historical documents, as well as the development of the structured database and the e-platform. The partner institutions jointly develop the methodological guidelines, metadata structures, and the research framework.

This work package supports the processing, interpretation, and presentation of digitised materials through professional publications, studies, educational resources, and community engagement programmes. Its aim is to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote understanding of cultural heritage.

Within WP4, the rehabilitation of the Ady Memorial House and the creation of a multifunctional Archival Visitor Centre in the Debrecen building of the National Archives of Hungary are carried out. Main activities include architectural planning, public procurement procedures, construction works, and the development of interactive exhibition elements.
